The Properties Panel explained

The Properties Panel runs down the right side of the Visure interface, but only in the areas where individual items have detailed properties to show. It appears in:

  • Documents — for the selected item, document, or folder
  • Reviews — for the item under review
  • Test & Runs — for the selected test

The Properties Panel is organized into tabs:

  • AI Assistant — Visure's AI features (if enabled in your installation).
  • Details — system fields and user attributes for the selected element.
  • Associated Files — files attached to the element.
  • Linked Items — items connected to this one through traceability.
  • History — version history; each check-in creates an entry.
  • Comments — discussion threads on the element.
  • Approvals — who has approved or rejected the element.

You can show or hide the Properties Panel using its toggle. Some users keep it always on for context; others hide it to maximize the content area and only show it when needed.

When no element is selected, the Properties Panel is empty. Click any element in the Elements Panel or in the main content area to populate it.
