Reset your password

If you've forgotten your password and your installation uses local accounts (not SSO), you can reset it from the login screen.

To reset your password:

  1. On the Visure login screen, click Forgot password? below the password field.
  2. Enter your username or email address.
  3. Visure sends a password reset link to the email associated with your account.
  4. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.

If you're using SSO, password reset is handled by your identity provider โ€” go to your organization's identity portal (Microsoft, Okta, etc.) to reset.

If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it still doesn't arrive, contact your Visure administrator. Your account may not have an email address on file.
